time away from home working and spend more time at home with family. The arrangement doesn’t benefit the owners
exclusively. We want your web hosting experience to be easy enough and time saving enough that you can spend more time
with family as well. We’ll accomplish this by providing you with the tools and services you need to get your business,
organization, or personal website published to the World Wide Web.
Our founder has been a life long computer enthusiast programming his first simple computer code in the early 1980’s. He
has been designing and maintaining website since 1995 and starting in 2000 began utilizing advance web programming for
more user interactive website. Beginning in 2004, the founder started helping other programmers learn, modify, and fix
advanced web programming languages only to continue on to start HandyPHP.com which offers free code, tutorials, and tips
for beginner web designers.
Our customer support system utilizes a multiple layer method of providing top notch help to our customers but keeps
hosting prices low. We don’t currently offer phone support for two reasons; it is expensive and it is inconvenient!
Having a customer support telephone operator is expensive. Like any company, we would have to pass that expense on to our
customers even if they didn’t use the service. Waiting on hold for a customer support representative is a waste of time.
With our system, you send a support ticket through our website or email and then you get back to doing something
productive or better yet family related. We have a support layer for simple questions and then we have a layer for more
advanced issues. We leave most server concerns for dedicated server professionals which maintain our servers and assist
us with advanced server issues. It is just simply cheaper and more reliable for us to hire specialized companies to
perform these services.

all servers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Servers are monitored and issues are acted upon before they become serious.
Additionally, the network and datacenters are monitored and managed by on-site technicians dedicated to ensuring maximum uptime
and reliability.
